ARE THE PRODUCTS NEW OR USED?

New and slightly used products are available for sale on ROTATE.  We carefully curate all products offered for sale on our platform and only accept brand new and slightly used merchandise from the sellers.  The products must be in excellent condition with little or no sign of wear if they are used. 

     

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details for your order.  You may also log into your account at any time to retrieve this information.

 

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE OFFERED?

ROTATE offers standard shipping via UPS and USPS on all orders.  Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery rates for your order.  Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box or FPO/APO addresses.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and calculated at checkout.

     

DO YOU OFFER AUTHENTICATION ON DESIGNER PRODUCTS?

We do not offer authentication on luxury items.  

  

DO I NEED TO SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT TO SEE ORDER DETAILS?

Yes. To see your order history, sign in to your account, go to My Account and click on your order under Order History.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

ROTATE (US-based company) is a global shopping platform where buyers and sellers can connect and ship orders from anywhere in the world.  Orders are shipped worldwide via UPS or DHL.  For international deliveries, your destination country may charge custom/import duties and fees.  These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and these fees may be levied when your package is delivered.   ROTATE is not responsible for any of these fees.
