SHIPPING POLICY

We offer standard shipping through UPS and USPS on all US orders.  Insurance on your order is available via ROUTE and can be added to your order at checkout for an additional charge.  We offer free shipping for orders over US$200.  A flat rate of $7.95 is charged otherwise.  For shipments outside of the US we charge a flat US$25 on all orders.  

International shipments from the US to the UK, EU countries, the rest of Europe, Canada, New Zealand and Australia may incur import duties, taxes or other charges levied by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.  

Please note all orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method.  We are unable to accommodate shipment to PO boxes or APO addresses.

 

UNDELIVERABLE OR ABANDONED PACKAGES

If your package is refused delivery or left with the carrier, your package is considered abandoned and as such is not eligible for any refund.  

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.  We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped.  

Risk of loss and title for items purchased through the ROTATE platform pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the delivery carrier.  The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.  If you purchased insurance from Route at checkout, you are to file your claim with Route for your lost of damaged package.  We will do everything within our power to assist you in your claim to the carrier.   

Any issues with a purchase should be reported to us immediately.
