COPENHAGEN FASHION WEEK

Copenhagen Fashion week has been making changes that reduces their negative impact on the environment and asking the industry to also follow to accelerate change.  Their 2020-2022 Sustainability Action Plan was unveiled in January 2020 and outlines actions being taken by the Nordic fashion week to become a more sustainable event and industry platform.  Their 2023 Sustainability Requirements goes further requiring participants to adhere to certain environmentally friendly standards to qualify for participation in the events.  As the CPHFW continue to be major player in the fashion industry, we hope to see other fashion weeks also strive to drive comprehensive change in the fashion industry.
